Formation of Marlin Legal Services (MLS)

Marlin Capital Europe today announced the formation of Marlin Legal Services (“MLS”). Marlin Legal Services (“MLS”) focuses upon the analysis, administration  and collection of consumer debt using the UK judicial system. It operates its own fully-integrated custom case-management software system, which is securely integrated to the systems of affiliated litigation solicitors firms capable of issuing large volumes of claims via a secure internet connection to the County Court Bulk Centre in Northampton and making bulk enforcement applications through dedicated County Court enforcement units.
 
MLS focuses upon the administration, processing and collection of consumer receivables through the UK judicial system. It operates it’s own fully integrated custom litigation software system which is capable of processing large volumes of cases and accesses bulk litigation by secure internet connection via the County Court Claim Production Centre in Northampton. MLS is based in West Sussex and is managed and staffed by personnel with years of experience in utilising the litigation process for debt recovery.
